Easter 2014
We had a quiet laid back Easter this year. We decorated eggs before Church Saturday evening and the kids enjoyed Easter morning in their jammies. Uncle Jon flew in on Easter evening for work. It was so nice getting to spend a little time with him! Thanks for staying with us Jon.
Somebody's excited about dying eggs!
Intense decorating going on here

All ready to celebrate! Jesus is ALIVE!!!
Maybe a glimpse into the future . . .LOL

Aliso Viejo Easter Fest
Every year at Easter, Aliso Viejo has an Easter Festival in a park near our house. It's a lot of fun for everyone and the boys knew exactly where we were going this year. They remembered it from last year. They are growing up. :(
Love this picture and the fact that Jordy was brave enough to stand next to the Easter Bunny this year (without Mom) but could not put his arm down and let the Bunny touch him. LOL!!!
The Beach
On Monday we spent the day at the beach! It was a perfect day for the beach and the boys loved taking on the waves with Grandma Cindy and Papa Bert.

The Safari Park
Grandma Cindy and Papa Bert came to visit for a long weekend a couple weeks ago. We decided to go to the Safari Park on Friday since the weather was a little cooler. It was a great day for the zoo!
The start of our day!
Jordy cracks me up with this picture. Jeremy told him he should do this and he totally did. So funny!!

Saying Good-Bye is Hard to do
Over two years ago I began watching two little boys every now and then for a fellow mom who happened to be going through breast cancer and could use some support with child care. Well not only did I enjoy helping this family in this way but my boys fell in love with their two boys. From then on we have made having them over to our house as often as possible happen as well as Logan and Jordy going to their house from time to time. Long story short, they have decided to relocate their family to another state so sadly we had to say good-bye to Dylan and Christiaan. Those boys will definitely be missed by the Wright's!

T-Ball Season is Over
Logan played in his first season of T-Ball and he had a lot of fun as well as improved quite a bit over the season. He seemed to enjoy the game of baseball a little more than soccer at this point and really caught on to the idea and rules of the game a little more.
Great Job Logan and Pirates! We LOVED watching you!
Jordy was pretty bummed that he didn't get a trophy like his brother so in swooped Super-Daddy!!! Jeremy made it all better when he went home and MADE Jordy a trophy. Jordy helped him. Jeremy really made his day and I am quite certain he earned Dad-of the-Year for that one (if he hadn't already ;) )
March Randomness
Just a few of the random pictures taken this month. I can't believe it is already the end of March. It is just crazy how fast time is flying by.
Harper has had several issues with her digestion, reflux, etc. that have continued all the way up until now. She is getting better and hopefully growing out of them all but for awhile she wasn't gaining weight and struggling to eat. Long story short, she had an endoscopy done at the beginning of March to rule out some things. She was admitted into CHOC Childrens' Hospital for the morning and had to be "put under" for the procedure. Thank the Lord, the results came back normal and we are just continuing to help her gain weight and grow out of her issues.
Playing at the park before preschool in their pajamas. It was "Pajamas and Pancakes" day for Logan and of course Jordy wanted to join in the fun!
Just some serious train business going on
One of Harper's favorite things to do these days is to stand at the window and dream of going out :)

Harper is 8 Months Old
Harper is 8 months old and she is really turning on her personality. I remember with both boys that 8 months was really a turning point for their personalities as well. She is letting her will be known these days. We are definitely seeing some feist from her as well as just genuine happiness and sweetness.
Some Things She is Doing Now:
*She is pulling herself up to everything and walking along it
*She is eating mainly all table food and loves all of it
*She is now on only formula as my supply depleted
*She has put on a few lbs and is now back on the growth chart.
*She is sleeping better at night and finally sleeping at least one long stretch
*She is still not on a regular nap schedule as she does not like to sleep in her crib very much and she is often in the car multiple times a day
*She is still very much a mommy's girl but now gets super excited when Daddy gets home and crawls as fast as she can to the door to see him
*She is very good at playing independently with toys so far
*She is waving
Her measurements roughly are 16lbs and 28in
