Camp Pendleton Mud Run

This past weekend I completed my third Mud "Run" since being in California. My team was great! We were not doing it this year with the hopes of setting any records but more to enjoy being with good friends. Our team consisted of Michelle, a breast cancer patient, Ann, who just had a baby boy, myself, 18 weeks pregnant, Nikki, and Julie. We had a great time and I am so glad we did it!

As I am sure you can see I am not quite as muddy as everyone else. It's because I skipped the scaling walls that you had to climb and then jump into the mud pit that were in the middle of the course just to be safe since I am prego. :)

Afterwards we headed to the beach for a picnic. Maya was perfectly content playing in the sand. Logan on the other not was not quite so content. He had never been in the sand and was not quite sure what to do. :)
