Jordy's Big Boy Bed

So I have a list of several things that I would like to get done before "Baby Tigger" makes her arrival and one of them was accomplished last week. Jordy has officially moved out of the crib and into his new big boy bed in his new room with Logan. If I think about it too much I do get a little choked up about it because he is my baby and still seems so little. But he was so excited to be in the same room as his brother and Logan was just as excited about it. The transition went much smoother than I anticipated (Thank the Lord)and they both are doing well with their new set up. Jordy has yet to wake up in the middle of the night with any issues and has slept until 7am or later every day. Logan still comes in when his night light changes to red (the light changes from green to red to let him know he can come in to our room) in the morning without waking Jordy. It could not have gone better!
This was their very first night sharing a room together. I am excited for them to have lots of memories from sharing a room.
My sweet Jordy being such a big boy!

The Zoo with Julie and Tillie

A couple weeks ago, our good friends, the Tamasese's came back to Cali for a quick visit. The boys and I were able to meet Julie and their daughter, Tillie, along with a few other friends at the San Diego Zoo. It great to get to see them and finally meet Tillie. We can't wait for another visit.
Logan, Jordy, and Ty watching the orangutan's
These two were so funny because they carried their maps around the entire time and had to stop and plan out where we were going next. I probably could have taken this same picture 4-5 more times. :)
All the mamma's and their girls

Fast Forward 15 years . . .

Fast forward 15 years and this might be what you will find in our house (insert real instruments for kitty litter drums - lol). My boys love music (Logan loves to sing especially and Jordy loves to dance and play all instruments)and often spend time with their Dad jamming in the garage. Please do not pay attention to the messy garage. :) This trait clearly does not come from me. I absolutely LOVE watching them sing, dance, and play their instruments to the music. They especialy love to listen to all the popular music with Jeremy who takes pride in keeping them updated too. I think it is so funny that they know a lot of the "in" songs right now (as long as they are appropriate of course).

Knotts Berry Farm

I realized I forgot to post pictures from a couple weekends ago. We spent the day at Knotts Berry Farm with a family day from Jeremy's company. The boys were totally excited and thankfully Knotts has an area called Camp Snoopy that is completely geared towards little ones. It was a great day had by all!
Starting our day off on the train
Waiting to ride one of our first rides.
The boys loved riding this ride with Daddy!
Carousel is always a hit
Logan was totally stoked to meet Snoopy (even though he has no idea who that is! lol). Jordy , not so much :)
Pretty sure this was their favorite ride. Logan, I can tell is going to be my thrill rider. He probably asked to go on every rollercoaster or huge ride there was. Unfortunately he has to wait several more years. :(
Just loved this picture of the two of them
Love his little smile!

Mel's Baby Shower

Our good friends, Blaine and Mel are expecting their second baby girl in late March. We are so excited for them and their growing family. Last weekend I hosted a small baby shower for her at a great restaurant in Laguna Beach. As you can tell by the pictures it was a perfect day outside to spend with all these wonderful friends!
